Urethane Concrete Flooring

As technology continues to change, so does most industrial high performance urethane flooring. With systems ranging from thin mil coatings to 1/2″ urethane cement mortars, there is a system to meet any budget. Hybrid systems that are made of epoxy and polyurethane coatings are often recommended where the concrete surface is in good condition, but needs an easy to clean, high aesthetics and impervious surface.

Why Urethane?

Although epoxy floor coatings are perfect floor coatings in both cold and hot environments the concrete underneath is still subject to the effects of heat expansion and contraction when the floor changes temperature. By applying urethane, a thicker layer of concrete, over the foundation of such facilities, not only do you strengthen the floor, but you also increase its resistance to heat and drastic changes in temperature. That makes urethane concrete optimal for use in plants, workshops and factories for the following trades:
